Home Building Process
Step 1: Lending
We encourage everyone to meet with a lender as soon as possible. This helps determine your exact budget. This will also help guide us with the land search and house plans.
Step 2: Contract
Next we begin to complete the contract! At this point we will dive into what you’re looking for within your home. We will go over all the details of material/fixtures you are wanting at this point.
Step 3: Closing Day/Building Begins
Once we close on the loan we can begin to receive our draws from the loan to begin construction. The fun begins shortly after we close the loan!
